More flexible result exports

Result exports have been rebuilt to be more flexible and customizable. You can now export everything from overall standings to individual results, filter by age group, club, or nation, group the output, and choose the file layout for PDF, CSV, and Excel downloads.

Exports can also include lap times when live timing data is available. The quick download still uses sensible defaults, while Customize opens the full export options when you need a more specific file.
