Displays
Skate Results displays let you show results and other information on a non-interactive screen. The content can be controlled remotely from the Skate Results admin area. There are four display types:
- Kiosk: Results, seeding lists, timetable, and more. Replaces paper printouts.
- Meeting point: Seeding list in a grid view. Checked-in athletes are highlighted.
- Livestream inserts (legacy): Skate Results data as inserts for a live stream.
- Livestream studio: Output of a livestream studio as a display for your streaming software.
Connect a new display
Any computer can act as a display. To get started, visit https://display.skateresults.app. If the browser is not configured yet, you see a short message and a six-digit code. That code connects the display to an event.

To connect the display to an event, open the Skate Results admin area and go to Displays. Click + Display in the top right, enter the six-digit code, then click Add.

After the display is added, you can configure it.
- Name: Internal name to identify the display in the admin area.
- Language: Language of the display. Used for headlines, fixed texts, date formats, and time formats.
- Identify: When checked, the display shows a red border around the screen. Helps match a physical screen to the current Skate Results display. Does not affect live stream inserts.
Below, you see a preview of how your configuration will look on the display. This is not a live screenshot—dynamic elements such as list scroll position may differ. All settings below depend on the selected display type.
